“TLDR: 49 West is amazing and you should ignore anyone who says otherwise. 49 West is the nicest place I have ever lived and I still say that after 2 years of living here. The apartments are in the perfect location to get to downtown Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and even Fayetteville. Units are spacious and well kept between residents! The one complaint I ever had doesn't even matter anymore because the package room/locker is gone! The staff were forthcoming early on about this change and let everyone know 2 weeks in advance. I am so happy that I no longer have to spend 20+ minutes inside the package room looking for my deliveries and can instead enjoy opening up my front door to see my package right there. Kristana and Brad are the sweetest humans you'd ever meet. I always enjoy running into them when I'm out walking around the property! I've lived a lot of places where if you ever even saw leasing office agents they probably wouldn't speak to you. Not Kristana and Brad. I've had wonderful conversations with them and whenever I see them in the clubhouse we'll chat for a bit! ”
